The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating! The breakfast had great options, and the service was nice.

Comfortable room, convenient location, accommodating staff, where I enjoyed a clean, well-maintained room with a tv and appreciated the leisure of being just 4 km from the nearest airport for easy access to explore the area.

The location was excellent with lots of dining and shopping nearby.
Unfortunately, there were several issues that dampened the experience. The lighting in our room was very dim. There was a hole in the carpet that detracted from the overall appearance. We also faced delays at the front desk. After waiting for a significant time, I had to call the hotel from the lobby to get assistance. These aspects left a negative impression on what could have been a pleasant stay.
